1200-1300 How to cook and eat the MRE’s

1300-1530 Instructional Periods (4 x 30 minutes)

1530-1600 Group Activity

*5minutes between periods to move instructors

Large pot

Water

Stove

Oven gloves or Tongs

Scissors

Parental Kitchen supervision

Boots/Polish/Rag -if issued
