They may be involved directly in training junior cadets or in a training support role. These cadets are paid a daily rate which varies based on their rank (determined during a week of Staff Cadet training). This “summer job” is an excellent way to improve and advance leadership skills while earning some money over the summer. Roles and length does vary, but staff cadets are generally employed for seven weeks.
