ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Eligibility requirements (IACE UK Exchange):
- Training Level: Completed Proficiency Level 5.
- Age (Minimum): 18 years old as of 6 July 2024.
- Language: Must be able to communicate in English.
- Physical fitness: Must be capable of participating in periods of moderate physical activity (extensive walking multiple days in a row).
- Medical limitations:
- Must be free from any medical condition that would prevent taking part in all aspects of the exchange program, including flying as passengers in military and civilian aircraft and gliding.
Must not have a medical limitation requiring cadet to be within 30 minutes of physician services, or that requires close supervision.
Travel requirements: Must be eligible to enter the United Kingdom and have a valid passport (valid through at least 24 January 2025), and visa (if applicable) for travel to/from the United Kingdom. For more information visit the UK Government’s visa tool at: https://www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa.

- Training Level: Completed Proficiency Level 5.
- Age (Minimum): 17 years old as of 6 July 2024.
- Language: Must be able to communicate in English.
- Physical fitness: Must be capable of participating in periods of moderate physical activity (extensive walking multiple days in a row).
- Medical limitations:
- Must be free from any medical condition that would prevent taking part in all aspects of the exchange program, including sailing as passengers and/or crew in military and civilian vessels.
Must not have a medical limitation requiring cadet to be within 30 minutes of physician services, or that requires close supervision.
- Travel requirements: Must be eligible to enter the United States and have a valid passport (valid through at least 24 January 2025), and visa (if applicable) for travel to/from the United States. Description:
This is a Nationally Directed Activity (NDA) vice CTC Course. Selected cadets will meet at a centralized location prior to travelling to their selected country. Training centre will provide host country brief, confirm cadet meets prerequisites to participate in training and ensure cadet meets all requirements for travel.
