2023 Fall Gliding
When:
Sunday, 8 October 2023 – weather permitting Sunday, 15 October 2023 – weather permitting
Location:
Pickup / Dropoff @ Regina Armoury (1600 Elphinstone St, Regina, SK), bus to CFB Moose Jaw
Timings:
0730-1630 hrs (7:30am to 4:30pm)
Dress:
FTUs (the green uniform) with the following caveats:
- If you do not have the all purpose boots DO NOT wear your FTU, instead wear appropriate civilian attire, dress for the weather. Cadets will be outside on the airfield exposed to the wind and sun all day.
- DO NOT bring your wedge, wear an appropriate hat (ball cap or tilly hat) Transportation:
Cadets must be dropped off and picked up at HMCS Queen, 100 Navy Way, Regina. Late arrivals will miss the bus and not be attending. Parents; please ensure you are there on time to pick up your cadets.
Rations:
Boxed lunches will be provided, please let us know of any dietary requirements. BRING YOUR WATER!
Registration:
Each cadet must fill out the form at https://forms.office.com/r/EDDie9cnTr to sign up for the activity. There are only 15 slots available on each day (30 total), so submit your application quickly. Cadets will only be selected to attend one day. Selected cadets will receive an email by 1pm on Thursday, 5 October 2023.
Deadline for submitting RSVPs is 1200 hrs, Wednesday, 4 October 2023.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
