The Online Ground School (OGS) registration process is available for submissions as of Friday, 8 September 2023.
All eligible cadets interested should be encouraged to apply and attend regardless of if they decide to apply to the Glider/Power Pilot Training Program.
Participation applications will be created in Summer Training and Activities by Selection. Please see serial information below:
Serial: OGS-GP/FTPD-PP Description: Online Ground School - Glider Pilot Requirement: Medical Information Verified Minimum Age: 16 Years old as of September 1st of the Serial’s Calendar Year Maximum Age: 18 Years old as of September 1st of the Serial’s Calendar Year
Serial: OGS-PP/FTPD-PA
Description: Online Ground School - Power Pilot
Requirement: Personal Information Verified
Minimum Age: 17 Years old as of September 1st of the Serial’s Calendar Year
Maximum Age: 18 Years old as of September 1st of the Serial’s Calendar Year
Cadets can only select ONE of the courses offered to attend. No cadets will be authorized to complete both courses concurrently, and cadets are encouraged to select the one of greater interest.
Only cadets that complete the OGS will be eligible to apply Glider/Power Pilot Training Programs.
OGS will end on 15 January 2024, by this date all training must be completed.
